Bharat Shah, B.Eng. (Baroda), M.B.A. (Minnesota State), P.Eng., is a professor in the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management at Ryerson University. He has worked for over twenty five years in both public and private sector organizations with responsibilities in teaching, research and consulting including; curriculum development of information technology courses; information technology training and education; information systems strategic planning; user and systems requirements definition, data and process analysis; design, development and implementation of business systems; and project management.
At ITM, Bharat has developed/delivered several courses including Information Systems Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Data Communications, Information Processing Software, and Telecommunications Technologies & Applications. Bharat has published several papers pertaining to software project management and consultants to several organizations including financial, manufacturing and service sectors – consulting experiences are also used to enhance classroom teaching/learning. He is a co-author of the book, "How to Manage a Successful Software Project," published by John Wiley & Sons in 1995. The second edition of the book was published in October 2000.
Prof. Shah has extensive industry practice and client engagement experience in various areas including: business process analysis, systems development and delivery business including development of IT strategies and plans; RFI and RFP preparation and vendor selection process for IT products and services; data analytics; risk assessment; developing outsourcing strategies and solutions, assessment of vendor/multi-vendor solutions as part of the overall implementation and product delivery approach; and developing Service Level Agreements on a variety of I.T. services.
Brian is a 4th year commerce student completing a Law & Business major, Economics minor within the Ted Rogers School of Management. This past summer he worked at Deloitte LLP in their Consulting practice. He also leads RCG Insight as Partner, responsible for all business development and delivering projects.
Brian's most recent engagements for RCG have been on a strategic recommendations report focused on improving student employment outcomes for a major Canadian post-secondary institution and a market research and deal flow analysis report for a private investor out of Boston focused on a special segment of the start-up community in Ontario.
Through his internship at United Technologies Brian gained experience in process design, training program design and 3rd party compliance management. He has experience dealing with government relations (issues management) through his internship at the Ontario Legislative Assembly with the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.
Brian has won a variety of awards during his time at Ryerson. Most recently, he placed second overall on points and won best speaker at the Engineering Commerce Case Competition an international interdisciplinary case competition with representation from Israel, Egypt, Mexico and universities from across Canada.
Brian has displayed leadership within the Ted Rogers School of Management. He was selected as one of the faculty’s Top 200 students, which places him in the top 2% within the business faculty.

Ali is a 3rd year Business Technology Management student at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
He is currently completing an eight month co-op term at CIBC, working on the process design team for the Branch Remote Deposit Capture project. Ali has previous experience in Marketing and Sales as an Intern with Flagship Software Ltd.
Within Ryerson University, Ali is an active student leader. He has been selected as one of the Top 200 students within the Ted Rogers School of Management, having previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Relations for the Ryerson Consulting Initiative and Lead Student Facilitator for the Business Technology Management program. His most recent engagement for RCG has been a Strategic Recommendations Report, focused on improving student employment outcomes for a major post-secondary institution in Canada.

Mohammed is final year Business Technology Management Co-op student at the Ted Rogers School of Management
He comes with a variety of experience in multiple industries. At SickKids Hospital, Mohammed was worked with the IS-PMO team to coordinate day-to day project tasks and was responsible for issue management discovery through resolution.
Mohammed was also responsible for functional testing on the CIMS migration project, a major information management system at the hospital. In the interest of expanding his technical knowledge, Mohammed moved to Toyota Canada where he gained experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse, SharePoint 2013, and process improvement initiatives. Mohammed’s interest in project management led him to another Project Coordination role with a global Oil and Gas corporation where he worked on a large scale construction project gaining extensive experience in resource management, stakeholder interaction, and team leadership.
Mohammed is also an active student leader and has earned the Leadership Award for Overall Excellence from the Ted Rogers School of Management.

Ejaz is a 2nd year Business Technology Management student at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
This past summer Ejaz worked as an IT Help Desk Analyst with Free The Children where he provided support to all departments with their every IT related need.
Within the Ted Rodgers School of Management, Ejaz is a very driven student. He is working as a facilitator to help first year BTM students with the transition from high school to university. Ejaz is also the President of the Ryerson Afghan Student Association, which is dedicated to raise awareness about the Afghan culture within the Ryerson community. Ejaz has excelled in his academic career, achieving the Dean’s Honours List during his first year.
In his free time, Ejaz enjoys playing soccer and hopes to one day attend a Real Madrid game.

Ashley is a 2nd year Business Management student at Ted Rogers, majoring in Economics with a minor in Finance and Marketing.
Over the summer Ashley worked as a marketing intern with SqueezeCMM, a SaaS company that helps businesses assess the ROI of their digital content. She developed creative material for the company blog and designed their new website.
Within the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ashley is a passionate and ambitious student. She is serving as the Director of Technology for Enactus, a student-group dedicated to social entrepreneurship. Additionally, she is working to bring Nspire, Canada’s largest student-run non-profit in the business and technology space to the Ryerson campus. Ashley has excelled academically, achieving the Dean’s Honours List status after her first year.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys staying healthy by running half-marathons, with the goal of running a full marathon in the future.
