At RCG we closely follow the typical structure of a consulting company. We constantly ensure all our staff is at the appropriate level, based on their skills and experience. We pride ourselves with the opportunities we offer to the student community by ensuring students obtain first hand experience on our projects.
Associates are typically students in 1st or 2nd year who are highly motivated and have a passion for problem solving. We aim to bring in the group top students with potential, in order to develop and refine their future career paths. All associates receive a consultant as a mentor and their progress is closely followed. Their promotion to Consultant level is our commitment as a team, and we ensure all our students receives the support they need to succeed.
Consultants are the backbone of our group. They are senior students who have shown commitment to their careers through their experiences. Our consultants have typically worked in at least one company and they have been assigned on more than one RCG project. Their talent is reflected in the quality of their work and their strong problem solving skills. As young professionals, they strive to become leaders and their initiatives make our group successful.
As leaders of our group, the Partners are the face of RCG to clients and other organizations. They are responsible for client relations and for the internal development of the team. Our partners have had more than one year of experience as RCG consultants and have demonstrated great leadership initiative. The process of becoming a partner is very competitive and is designed to ensure that our leaders are prepared for the responsibilities that lie ahead of them.
