Canadian University: Strategic Policy Report
The Need: RCG was approached by a department within Ryerson University to create a strategic report outlining recommendations on increasing student employment.
The Solution: RCG first examined existing policies and processes in place, and interviewed 20+ stakeholders to understand current operations. RCG then benchmarked the school’s performance against other universities in Ontario to identify process gaps.
The Result: The recommendations put forth revolved around transitioning to a data driven and quantifiable approach, including standardized data collection and KPI tracking. Within 6 months, the client was able to implement the recommendations which are in place to this day.
