Fitness Centre: Survey Delivery & Strategic Recommendations
The Need: RCG was approached by a local fitness centre in the Greater Toronto Area to execute a client satisfaction survey.
The Solution: RCG was tasked with devising a strategy, execution plan and post-mortem analysis of the survey results with the goal of improving health and fitness offerings. RCG created a three week surveying campaign, leveraging online and traditional form of marketing, to disseminate the survey amongst clients.
The Result: Employing the services of RCG enabled the client to exceed the survey response goal by 422%. The recommendations RCG put forth enabled the client to reduce overhead costs and increase access to its target market.
